"THE ULTIMATE SERVICE CENTRE" - Lock-Block Ltd.’s Service Centre Operation has evolved over the last 20 years to provide patented washout stations for concrete pump trucks. It also accepts hardened concrete rubble and demolition concrete from the ready-mix & construction industries, which is processed through an advanced engineered system, which crushes, washes, and recycles material into aggregates for re-use in the construction industry. Ninety percent of all materials received and processed at this location are recycled and re-purposed with less than 10% waste. This is currently being tested and researched to develop that waste into another recyclable product. There are more than 50 employees at the service centre.
Our research and development department has been dedicated to our newest product the Arch-Lock™ system. We aim to change the way engineers design, build, and maintain tunnels, overpasses, and other applications. With longevity in mind, the system can provide structures with a design life of centuries instead of decades.
